The 'Panel of Mentors' event gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to get advice from top mentors in a relaxed environment. Rockstar's successful mentors will begin the event by sharing key lessons they have learnt and then go on to take part in a question and answer session. The event will finish with drinks and networking.

By attending the event with questions prepared specifically for your business you will benefit fully from valuable advice given by our panel of mentors. You will leave the event armed with plenty of inspiration and suggestions for your business, whether it be how to increase sales, the best growth strategies, or how to get funding.

July’s event boasts the impressive line up of Peter Rawson, Tom Minter and Denis St. Bernard. These three mentors bring invaluable experience to the event. Just read their profiles:

Peter Rawson: 

Having been in business on his own account for 20 plus years since leaving school , starting in Agriculture , but soon diversifying into engineering businesses. In 1989 Peter joined a UK start up, a privately owned Japanese industrial prototyping company, as the founder of the UK business in London. Over the last 20 years the company has grown to a worldwide Public company of over Euros 2 billion sales and circa 200 companies group wide. Early in the 1990's Peter became MD of European operations and a Japan main board executive officer , leading and growing the European arm , both organically and by acquisition to 19 companies , 2000 employees and turnover of circa Euros 300 million. In 2009 Peter completed a full handover of the companies to the management team and has now returned to his roots to start 'hands on' new enterprises and work with entrepreneurs.

Tom Minter: 

A successful and inspiring twenty-eight year old entrepreneur, Tom has the ability to recognise improbable patterns, opportunities, and threats within an organization and then, supported by his wealth of extensive knowledge, create seemingly effortless solutions supported by detailed strategies for implementation. Tom has been a business owner since the age of eighteen, having begun his entrepreneurial journey as the CEO of a direct sales and marketing company. Since then he has created and run two further businesses (selling one of them) and travelled the world pursuing his passion for meeting with and learning from unique, successful, and inspiring people. Tom credits his talent as a world-class creative thinker to his ability to see what he describes as 'the unseen connection between all things', transforming seemingly insurmountable challenges into inspiring and profitable opportunities, and expanding potential opportunities into possibilities for enduring greatness.

Denis St Bernard: 

Denis is an International Business Development Consultant, Entrepreneur and Freelance Journalist. He is the Founder and CEO of the Priority Group of Companies, a Caribbean based support services entity, now expanding into the UK. He is the ex Principal/ CEO of the Insurance College of Jamaica (ICOJ) and served as Vice President of the Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean (AIIC) for a number of years . He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Risk, Insurance, Security and Business Support Services Industries working in several business cultures, having lived and work in three continents.
